Zach Calhoun is a former U.S. Marine with extensive training in audio, visual, communications, and computer networking systems. As Director of the Austin Region Field Service Technicians, he leads with discipline, precision, and hands-on technical expertise. A father of six and published Young Adult and Fantasy author, Zach brings both leadership and creativity to his role—when he’s not managing field deployments, you’ll likely find him hosting karaoke or coaching his kids’ games on the weekends.

Brian Vanderbilt, Chief Mobile Tech Training Officer for Rudel Resources, is a charismatic and detail-oriented leader with a gift for discovering what drives candidates and honing their talents to where they can thrive. Mission-driven and knowledgeable, he works to ensure every tech is trained and ready for the field. Known for his caring, reliable nature, Brian brings the same focus and passion to his work as he does to his hobby - immersive video gaming.

Travis Rudel is a co-founder and strategic operations lead at Rudel Resources. A retired U.S. Marine and network engineer, Travis brings a mission-first mindset to industrial consulting. His background in military communications, logistics, and leadership shapes his hands-on approach to solving complex problems in manufacturing environments. Known for his precision, grit, and calm under pressure, Travis supports clients with system architecture, operational design, and rapid-response project support.

Kim Prevost is one of the founders of Rudel Resources, a veteran-owned consulting firm focused on delivering tech, talent, and time solutions to the industrial sector. With a background in manufacturing software, operations strategy, and business development, Kim bridges the gap between digital tools and real-world execution. Known for her direct style, deep industry knowledge, and trusted voice in the manufacturing community, Kim leads with purpose and delivers with impact.
