With more than two decades of hands-on experience in business development, manufacturing systems, and operational consulting, Kim focuses on solving real problems for real businesses. Her work spans software selection and implementation, workforce optimization, embedded consulting, and building support models that help companies scale without losing momentum.

Kim began her career in ERP in 2004 within industrial equipment software and expanded into consulting in 2017. She has worked with manufacturers across the United States to streamline operations, navigate digital transitions, and avoid costly project failures. Through that work, she identified a consistent gap. Companies did not just need software or staffing. They needed a team that understood their environment and could deliver fast, practical solutions.

Rudel Resources was built to fill that gap. With Travis & Kim's leadership, alongside an experienced and network connected team rooted in systems administration, field execution, network engineering, and operational support, the company delivers real-world solutions across retail, banking, industrial, and multi-site environments. The focus is simple. Put the right people in the right place and get the job done.

Kim cuts through noise, identifies root issues, and brings the right teams together to execute. In addition to her work with Rudel Resources, she is a contributing voice in the manufacturing and operations space, serves as editor of MEP Magazine, and advises on workforce and modernization strategies.

Kim lives in Texas with her blended family of seven children and three grandchildren. She balances business, family, and community involvement with the same mindset she brings to her work.
